Welcome to our new Functional Medicine series, brought to you by Dr. Alex Jimenez. In this edition, we feature part two of a presentation titled “Treatment of GI dysfunction from the context of the Functional Medicine Matrix” where Medical Specialist will teach us how to review and clarify the Functional Medicine Timeline, Matrix, and the concepts of Antecedents, Triggers, and Mediators. He will also be discussing the importance of understanding the patient’s individual story.
